Africa’s Wealthy Give Back: New research from UBS and TrustAfrica

This new study builds on the expertise and work of UBS and TrustAfrica, as well as on the contribution of almost 100 wealthy givers and experts in the field, who provided information through surveys and in-depth interviews. It examines their motivations and aims to understand the values that underlie their giving. It explores the practices, mechanisms and influences that inform their contribution to the development of Africa. It also addresses questions around the opportunities and challenges that affect their philanthropy.
